Here is a little review of the Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa :
Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa (Banten, 1631 - 1683) was the son of Sultan Abdul Ma'ali Ahmad and Ratu Martakusuma who became the Sultan of Banten in the period 1640-1650. When he was a child, he held the title Prince Surya. When vertical, he was appointed as the Sultan of the Young, who had the title Prince Ratu or Prince Dipati. After his grandfather died, he was appointed as a sultan with the title Sultan Abdul Fathi Abdul Fattah. The name Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa comes from the first place in the new palace in Tirtayasa (located in Serang Regency).
The values raised by Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa as a leader, he is a leader who is very trustworthy and has a vision in the future to build his nation. In terms of diplomacy, he always maintains a cooperative and political relationship that is mutually beneficial.
The conclusion that I can take is that as a leader you should be able to guide his followers or subordinates to always establish good cooperation so that they are mutually beneficial. The cooperation in question is good, honest cooperation, has no interest and prioritizes the progress of the nation and state. And for a very important leader to have a vision (visionary), it is very necessary to see opportunities, analyze and evaluate the possibility of future events so that future events can be anticipated or have been prepared from now on.
